Great EV charger maximising usage of solar power. Installation electrician was fantastic and professional. Nice service overall.
Evnex made the transition to an electric car easy. They do everything!! and respond when there is an issue. Thank you.
Every single thing with Evnex has been great. The website is damn useful. The pre-sales conversations also useful. The purchase process was easy. I love the product, it's NZ made, I love the app, also NZ made, the service beginning to end was excellent, we are very happy. We will certainly be ordering another Evnex when I replace my car with an EV. Thanks team, for everything.
I've had my charger for about 3 years and it's been flawless the entire time. I had a very complicated install to my car port about 50m away from the electricity box, through some bush and down a hill and through a wall which was done without any problems. I charge about once or twice a week so I've probably used it 150-200 times. It's worked without a single issue and charge rate is entirely stable throughout the night.
Is your home on three-phase power?
The X22 requires three-phase power. Most homes are single-phase.
The easiest way to check for three-phase is to check your switchboard's "Main Switch". In three-phase homes this is usually three-pole (or three spaces wide) rather than just one.
You'll also typically see three service fuses in your switchboard or meter-board, and sometimes circuit breakers that are three-pole.
